With aircraft operations and enplanements following
closely to levels projected in the 1994 Master Plan prepared by Coffman
Associates, the airport initiated this master plan update. In addition, the
airport has virtually rebuilt the entire airfield as recommended in the
1994 plan. This update places an emphasis on terminal, parking, access and
circulation, and air cargo facilities.
