The City of Eloy is located in south-central Arizona,
midway between Tucson and Phoenix. A large skydiving operation conducts
over 30,000 annual aircraft operations. Situated on a 90-acre site, the
Master Plan identified areas for expansion and extending and widening the
runway to support business aircraft operations. Specific attention was
given in the Environmental Assessment to mitigating impacts on known
archeological sites.
