Lincoln Municipal Airport is a multi-faceted commercial service
airport. The former Air Force Base is served by several air carriers, the
Nebraska Air National Guard, the Army National Guard, and three FBO’s including
the nationally renowned Duncan Aviation. Primary Runway 17L-35R is 12,900
feet long. The airport also has a parallel general aviation runway and
a crosswind runway. The airport also boasts one of the nations largest
airport industrial park complexes. The master plan focused on improving
airside facilities to meet FAA standards, as well as expansion of both
commercial service and general aviation facilities. A computerized
building inventory
and development plan were also prepared for the industrial park.
