This master plan update was completed by Coffman Associates
in 2001. Emphasis was placed on terminal expansion, new access into the
terminal area, and expansion of public parking. It also provided an opportunity
to reflect the on-going development of air cargo and foreign trade zone
facilities on the east side of the airfield in the long-range planning
for the airport.
