Scottsdale Airport has been a fixture in the physical and economic
landscape of the City of Scottsdale since 1942. In 2005, Coffman
Associates completed Scottsdale Airport’s third Part 150 Study which
builds on the foundation established by the two previously approved NCP
studies conducted in 1985 and 1997. The updated compatibility
program retains the most successful noise abatement and land use
measures as well as adds several new measures to further address
forecasted noise conditions.
