The Truckee Tahoe Airport District manages this facility which
serves the north Lake Tahoe region. With over 135 permanently based aircraft
and an additional 100 aircraft based at the airport through the summer
months (including gliders), the facility is heavily used. The plan is examining
the impact of current design standards on the airfield and the options
available for future facility development.
