The Buckeye Municipal Airport Part 150 Study is being conducted concurrently with an Airport Master Plan Update. The Town’s goal for the Part 150 is to be prepared for the inevitable residential growth that is spreading from the Phoenix metropolitan area. This goal is being accomplished through the Part 150 process which includes recommendations to incorporate overlay zoning and subdivision regulations into the Town’s current land use regulations to insure noise-sensitive development will not be allowed within the airports noise exposure contours.
